An experienced life sciences management consultant with 15+ years in helping business leaders take data-driven strategic decisions.  Sherry’s focus areas include product go-to-market strategy, customer engagement model design & execution, and portfolio sales optimization.

He has worked in multiple therapy areas across the globe including key markets such as US, China, Japan, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain.

Before Kneev Health, he was the Global Head of an in-house commercial consulting team at Novartis, leading 35+ consultants and analysts across 3 continents.

A seasoned consulting and operations professional with proven track record of helping the clients achieve success through analytical skills and result oriented thinking. Aditya has successfully delivered 50+ field and commercial design solutions including impactful product launches across various therapy areas in US, Canada, Europe, South America, India, Japan, China and other markets in Asia.​

Before Kneev Health, he was the former regional head of an internal commercial consulting group at Novartis, and has prior experience in business operations with ZS Associates. In free time, Aditya guides small businesses in developing effective social media content and growth strategies
